The product management team were getting a handle on strategy-led systematic upgrades and updates to the platform. They were getting into a predictable, reliable rhythm.
They needed a marketing and communications partner to create a unique MyCRM voice and pattern for internal and external communications.
LMG (Loan Market Group) is Australia and New Zealand’s largest mortgage and finance broking aggregator, supporting a community of over 6,000 brokers and advisers.

Throughout 2022 our Enspire consultant worked with the MyCRM executive team to define and execute a product marketing communications strategy, including:
product updates
newsletters
a webinar program, and
conference keynote speaking opportunities.
To help the team self-service as much as possible, we developed templates and a content calendar for predictable internal product updates, and prepared case studies for LMG’s broker community to share with their clients.
To really embed how they communicate best, we helped kick off a regular internal communications rhythm between the product management team and the broker community. This helped the brokers know when to expect communication from LMG and ensure that they were able to focus on servicing their clients best.
